I stopped by to wash my car before a job interview. I put my change in, and was immediately soaked by the high pressure water, as the hose had a hole in it. Never again.

Every time I have been there something doesn't work or there isn't soap, wax, spot free rinse, something, not to include mud so deep in the bays you don't want to bring your vehicle in there.
