Literally 3 minutes with the doctor.
After feeling a bitter taste for a week, I tried to talk to them again. But the office manager refused to call me back after 3 messages over a period of 2 weeks.
They then charged us $86 to tell us what we already knew and did not do the enamel.
When we got there, the dentist looked in my son's mouth and said, "Yes, he does have several cavities. But there is nothing we can do at that age. Don't give me juice in a sippy cup anymore."
I decided to ask for a refund since we did not get what we made the appointment for. They refused.
Very unprofessional practice and very unethical. They should have just done the right thing and not charged us and then they would have the business of all 3 of my kids for years to come. But instead they chose $86 over a lifetime customer.
Took my 2 year old to another dentist and learned he had 4 cavities. This dentist was a little too rough, so we wanted to try Carey & Jones to take care of the cavities.
The staff is great and my children feel very comfortable there.
