Worst customer service I've ever encountered in a furniture store. The salesman have absolutely NO interest in selling the products not were their interest in customers very high either. Both times we went in there to try to purchase and gather information on a full sofa set, the sales rep wanted nothing to do with us. She had he kids running around the entire store and completely ignoring us. The second time we went there, we had no greeting when we went up to the front desk, no acknowledgment we were there. Her kids were there again, eating on the merchandise while the husband was behind the desk chowing down on McDonald's with his feet propped up on the desk. I ask him if he worked there and he said no, once again both ladies behind the desk acknowledging us. We were there to purchase a sofa, but left and planning on never coming back. You guys lost on business and future clients as well. Change staff who give a damn and we'll more than likely come back.

I bought a upright freezer, mattress, and a set of camo couch and love seat. They deliver it no problem but a couple of months down the road the back cushion and seat cushion that is sewn in came undone. They told me if I wanted them replaced that I had to return them and take them home myself. I told them when I pay off my bill I'm closing my account and going somewhere else. They delivered new and picked up old and while that was happening they knocked off my deadbolt bracket on the front door and tried to fix it but didn't. I went and asked if he could come by and fix it, said yes never did. My new couches are floor demo that had holes in it and the sewn the holes but you could tell where the hole was bc it wasn't done right. They have yet to fix it my door I had to do it myself. When I'm done paying it off, good luck getting another purchase from me.
