We had a hiccup with our order, and the manager, Harry, was very polite. He personally fixed our order, and he did it fast. We will always stop by when ws go to the beach because of his awesome service.
Good burgers but the fries and tots are terrible. Drinks are great too.
If you want something other than a cup of soft serve ice cream with a couple crushed up oreos on top or a couple pics of cookie dough don't go to this sonic. Laziest fast food crew ever.
Everytime I have ever been here my order has been messed up. Just a few minutes ago I went and ordered 4 milk shakes. 1 large strawberry, 1 mini banana, 1 med vanilla, and 1 caramel with extra caramel. I came out with 1 strawberry with no cherry, 1 banana with no cherry, and 2 vanilla with no strawberries. I went back to the establishment after I realized my order was wrong, waited in line again for another 10 minutes. To hear that they was out of a lot of different things. They gave me what was supposed to be a caramel milkshake with extra caramel but instead it was vanilla with a drop of caramel. This was the last time I gave this place a chance. I have tried and tried with this place but now no more. I hope the manager realizes what their employees are making and how they are handling it.
Terrible! I hate going to this Sonic. The wait times for service are ridiculous. Last Wednesday, after VBS, my kids wanted 1/2 price shakes. First, we went into a stall to order, waited 15 min after pushing the red button several times and were never greeted. There seemed to be plenty of employees visible. Then, decided to go through the drive through, since that line looked like it was moving. There was a car sitting at the speaker and after 20 min, we still hadn't moved. We decided to go to Winn Dixie and buy our own ice cream and cones. We left and did just that.
Edit: Under new management since my last review. The drinks are great and the food quality has improved dramatically. I highly recommend this spot to my friends and family now.
