Staff is always helpful and polite. They are never rude, even when I've called back to edit an existing order. My order is always correct and fresh, and I've never had to wait more than 20 mins.

At 8:03 a Manager called me to inform me my order would take an additional 40 minutes due to them being short staffed and only having two drivers on Tuesdays. After asking, the manager gave me two items free. The 40 mins elapsed and again I called asking where my food was? He informed me the driver had left 12 minutes ago, I expressed my anger and asked him what he was going to do to make it right? He gave me the order for free, shortly after the phone conversation my ordered arrived.
Service was fast and the small seating area was clean. Pizza was ok. Flavor wasn't outstanding and it could have used more sauce. We ordered a large with sausage and pepperoni for $7.99. It was on the small size and might be the size of a medium in other restaurants.
Ordered my food online as most other people probably do, website informed me it would take an hour to get to me, it was 7:06 pm.
Besides their phone auto answer message that says I can get a 4.99 pizza online with the code they tell me. It does not work. But it's just a hungry Howie's and it's always good

Opened the boxes and none of the 3 pizzas I ordered had any of the flavored crust as I had ordered that they seem to be so proud of on the website and boxes, I guess it's flavored crust when they choose to do it for you!?
