the pizza is hit and miss. a quarter of the time we get exactly what we order. dunno why? I've asked!!
Out of maybe 40 times of ordering we may have had 2 bad experiences which I would say is a great ratio. Pizza Hut is right on the money with food and quality. We order there at least once a week.
Unfortunately more times than not the order is incomplete or wrong such as no sauce to accompany garlic knots or wrong toppings even though the receipt states the correct order. If it's ordered for delivery, they cannot refund a credit card payment. It's definitely upsetting to be charged and not receive what was ordered. Lesson learned the hard way, I suppose.
Ordered large supreme pan pizza for pick up. They said $17.95. I should have questioned then. Hung up & ck price on computer $10 any pizza, any size. Called bk & asked why chg $17.95.... because you have to ask for it at $10 price before you order she said! In other words Sucker you have just been cheated! Going to Big Daddy's next time. Better pizza anyway!!
I love all their delivery drivers. Each one has always been so nice and personable. Their food however is hit or miss. Recently received my wings without any sauce and the marina sauce was literally runny red water. The 3 stars are for those delivery drivers! Yall the real MVPs!!!
