Great place to visit try and fishing charter to see the forgotten coast
Its a special place. It is located where the Wakulla River joins into the St Marks River. The St Marks then continues out to the Gulf.
Small museum with limited artifacts and displays, worth seeing if you like history.
They were having an exhibit that day, complete with cannon firing. It was good.
The shoreline area is good for scalloping and fishing and when the weather is nice it's good for water sports. There's no beautiful beach here and the ground is muddy. There's a lighthouse but it's more about boating and fishing.
